ANALISIS FITOKIMIA DAN GUGUS FUNGSI DARI EKSTRAK ETANOL PISANG GOROHO MERAH (MUSA ACUMINATE (L))

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the phytochemical content and determine the functional function of the compound from ethanol extract 96% red goroho bananas. Sample preparation is cut from the banana comb part, then cut both ends of the base of goroho banana peel and in pieces of fruit and dried. The extraction was done by maceration using 96% ethanol solvent. Phytochemical screening was performed by analysis of alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, steroids, and terpenoids. The determination of the functional group of the compound was carried out by binding the sample with KBr to be a thin plate and analyzed by FTIR. Based on the results of phytochemical screening that red goroho banana ethanol extract contains alkaloids, flavonoids, and tannins. Extract of 96% ethanol red banana goroho alcohol group whose existence is caused by water-soluble carbohydrate bonds. The results of this study concluded that 96% ethanol extract of red goroho banana has starch content.
